Jenn Hall is a full-time working artist specializing in the museum field doing scientific illustration, exhibit & graphic design, and taxidermy. Her work uses the art of biology and anatomy to promote scientific literacy and enthusiasm in general audiences. She has a four-year certificate in Printmaking from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, a B.F.A. with a minor in Geology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s Degree in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University. She learned taxidermy from international award-winning taxidermist Allis Markham of Prey Taxidermy in Los Angeles, CA. Her artwork and taxidermy mounts have been featured on numerous television broadcasts including NBC’s Nightly News & Netflix’s Bates Motel as well as in a variety of print publications including the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal and the History Channel’s book Mankind: The Story of All of Us. She enjoys spending time with her family, long walks in Montana nature, and listening to true crime podcasts while making art.
